I have had two requests from my Buyers who have had the unfortunate experience of hooking up with Dennis Anderson at Wells Fargo for their mortgages.  He works in Monroe and in Bothell.  They would like me to share that he is person to stay away from.  He takes forever to put a loan package together.  He is horrible about returning their phone calls.  And, in one case, he completely forgot to lock the Buyer's interest rate forcing the Buyer to accept a higher rate at closing or walk away from the home they were wanting to buy.  I must add that there are some very, very good loan people at Wells Fargo and I refer to them frequently, but I will agree that Dennis Anderson is not one who I ever want my clients to use in the future.
